Therapeutic action:

Diuretic, alterative, tonic, nervine, diaphoretic.

Medicinal uses:

Dropsy, inflamed kidneys and bladder, scalding urine, mucus discharges from the bladder, skin problems, eczema, boils, carbuncles, psoriasis, abrasions, burns, wounds, ulceration.

Preparation:

Best results are obtained when the seeds are crushed.
