ORDERING and PAYMENT METHODS:

Please refer to the product code when ordering and indicate the quantity being ordered. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover; please have your account number and expiration date available when ordering. Checks should be made out to Brasseur's Botanicals. (Ohio residents are charged 6% tax)

RETURNS:

Only authorized returns will be accepted.. All items returned must be within 30 days of invoice date. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for returning the undamaged product in re-salable condition. Enclose a copy of your invoice and the reason for return. Send it to: ATTN: RETURNS Brasseur's Botanicals, 608 Hudson Ave., Newark, OH 43055. No RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SPECIAL ORDERS, BOOKS, DAMAGED/UNSALEABLE ITEMS.

SHIPPING TERMS:

The charges for shipping and handling to U.S. destinations are determined by the cost of the order. $50 or less add $5.25, 50.01 - 75.00 add $7.25, 75.01 - 150.00 add $9.25, 150.01 - 350 add $11.25, 350.01 - 500 add $15.25, FREE SHIPPING for orders over $500. COD requests add $5.00. NEW SURCHARGE RATE OF $1.00 PER PACKAGE to all U.P.S. Ground shipments will be applied to certain zip codes in less populated or less accessible areas according to the U.P.S. Delivery Area surcharge book. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground, orders weighing 1 or 2 lbs for business deliveries in the state of Ohio are shipped Priority Mail. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO are shipped Parcel Post and may require 2 weeks or more for delivery. If you need faster service or overnight delivery, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you for an additional shipping charge. The charge for shipping and handling to Canadian destinations is an additional $10.00, reqardless the size of the order. If your package arrives damaged, please report it to your nearest UPS office. Orders received before 3 p.m. e.s.t. will be shipped same day.

OUT-OF-STOCK:

All our-of-stock items will be listed on invoice. Please reorder any out-of-stock item on your next order.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

We offer catalogs from several companies yet do not carry the whole product line. If you would like to try a product we do not carry, there are several qualifiers. (1) Any non-stocked item is considered a Special Order. (2) All Special Orders are subject to quantity minimum and product availability. (3) Allow up to 3 weeks delivery. (4) All special orders are subject to the current shipping charges. (5) ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS FOR SPECIAL ORDERS.
